Sarah Lehman focuses her practice on real estate and real estate finance matters with a particular emphasis on lending and CMBS transactions. She represents lenders and capital providers in loan originations, assumptions, and modifications, as well as CMBS special servicers in connection with workouts and restructuring. Sarah also represents purchasers, owners, and developers in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and development of improved and unimproved real property.
