Sherri Rodgers assists the Firm’s Employment and Labor and Trial attorneys with electronic filing of pleadings in state and federal courts; she assists with all aspects of discovery, including organizing documents, maintaining electronic databases and coordinating document productions, Bates-stamping, redaction, duplication and indexing of documents, drafting discovery requests, discovery responses and deposition notices, drafting removal papers; legal research, and correspondence with clients, courts, government agencies, and all other entities as required. Sherri also assists with hearing and motion practice, including assembling all relevant documents, proofreading papers, cite-checking briefs, organizing exhibits, and creating document indices in the preparation of motion filing. Additionally, she is responsible for all duties related to litigation, including drafting witness lists, exhibit lists, and jury instructions and organizing exhibits, assembling trial notebooks, and assisting attorneys during trial.
