He assists investors, developers, owners, and users in all aspects of real estate development, entity formation, acquisition, finance, construction, leasing, and property management. He also provides general advice and counsel in structuring, negotiating, documenting, and coordinating a wide variety of commercial transactions. Having previously served as president and CEO of a major real estate development company, Steve blends his legal expertise with a pragmatic understanding of the complex business issues involved in sophisticated real estate transactions.
