Sydne Collier is a skilled litigator who represents clients in a wide range of matters in state and federal court involving complex commercial and business disputes, class actions, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, securities law, and white-collar criminal defense.

Her practice also includes guiding companies and individuals though government investigations brought by the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and the Securities and Exchange Commission, involving allegations of financial, mail/wire, health care, and securities fraud.

  • Represented employees of national bank in criminal fraud prosecution brought by the DOJ
  • Defended private oil and gas company in an investigation by the DHS and prosecution by the DOJ alleging illegal harboring of undocumented persons
  • Defended a former officer of a dietary-supplement distribution company in a criminal fraud and misbranding prosecution brought by the DOJ
  • Defended president of an oil and gas brokerage firm in wire fraud prosecution brought by the DOJ
  • Represented former executive of software and technology company in connection with a grand jury subpoena related to a fraud investigation by the DOJ
  • Represented individual in connection with an investigation related to drug distribution and trafficking in a professional sports organization by the DEA and DOJ
