Tyree Collier’s practice is focused on the formation and representation of nonprofit organizations and estate and gift planning. He advises and represents large and small foundations, educational organizations, health care organizations, religious organizations, fundraising organizations, and other types of nonprofit organizations and advises on a variety of issues, including formation, governance, general business and liability concerns, obtaining and maintaining federal and state tax exemptions, trust law requirements, fundraising questions, Internal Revenue Service audits and rulings, and Attorney General matters including charity obligations and fiduciary duties. He also counsels clients on estate planning and gift planning matters. Tyree is also a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
