  • Represented a major wireless handset manufacturer and a leading telecommunications infrastructure equipment company in a patent infringement lawsuit relating to cellular transmission protocols, obtaining a jury verdict of noninfringement and invalidity of all asserted patent claims
  • Represented a multi-billion-dollar retail conglomerate in patent-infringement lawsuits, and in related proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission, involving laser technology
  • Represented an international video-technology company in a patent-infringement suit involving interactive video technology
