  • Represented a developer of rail-related industrial properties in the acquisition, development, and leasing of more than 1.5 million square feet of industrial space and the preparation and negotiation of rail service agreements
  • Represented a major retail shopping center owner in connection with the leasing and operation of the shopping center (including construction, shopping center expansion, and litigation issues)
