Our attorneys help clients provide or obtain financing through commercial credit facilities, private placements of equity and debt, asset securitizations, leveraged leases and other structured financings, leasing transactions, and hedging and other derivatives transactions.   • Represented an independent natural gas and oil company and its direct subsidiary in connection with a $2.5 billion revolving credit facility
  • Represented the agent bank in a $1.5 billion 364-day credit facility, $1.6 billion U.S./Canada unsecured revolving credit facility, and $1.4 billion U.S./Canada secured hedged inventory credit facility
  • Represented the agent bank and lead arranger in a $1.5 billion revolving credit facility for an independent oil and gas company, syndicated to 36 financial institutions
