Overview

Our intellectual property attorneys have handled patent-validity challenges in inter partes review proceedings (IPRs) before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Our attorneys are registered patent attorneys who are intimately familiar with the fast-paced proceedings and the legal and technical nuances associated with representing clients in IPRs. We routinely counsel clients on both sides of the “v”—whether we are assisting clients in challenging the validity of a patent or defending against such validity challenges. Our attorneys also have considerable experience in handling the interplay and issues involved in concurrent IPRs and patent litigation involving the same or related patents.

Our IP attorneys hold degrees in a number of different technical fields, including aeronautical, electrical, mechanical, chemical, and biomedical engineering, in addition to physics, mathematics, and computer science. Further, our attorneys also have significant amounts of industry experience. Our combination of know-how and experience allows us to analyze the patented technology and then effectively and persuasively advocate our view of the validity challenge through briefing and oral argument.
