T&K Partner Named 2018 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow

Dallas - The law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP is pleased to announce Vishal H. Patel has been selected for the 2018 Fellows Program of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (“LCLD”). This year-long mentoring program offers participants the opportunity to build relationships and leadership skills by connecting with and learning from top general counsels and managing partners from across the nation.

Mr. Patel is an Intellectual Property Partner in the Firm’s Dallas office. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and portfolio management, and has represented clients in a variety of federal and state courts and before administrative agencies such as the International Trade Commission. Mr. Patel also assists clients with the acquisition of intellectual property rights, and with developing strategies to maximize the value of those assets. He has been selected for inclusion in Texas Rising Stars® by Thomson Reuters (2013-2017), in D Magazine’s Best Lawyers Under 40 (2018), and in the Lawyers Of Color Southwest Region Hot List (2014).
